The Dua Allahumma A’inni Ala Zikrika Wa Shukrika Wa Husni Ibadatika was taught by our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to recite after every Salah.
Consider reading the following Sahih Hadith.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took hold of my hand and said, “O Mu’adh! By Allah I love you, so I advise you to never forget to recite after every prayer: “Allahumma a’inni ala dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni ‘ibadatika”
– Abu Dawud and An- Nasa’i [Riyad as-Salihin 384]
By making this Dua, we ask Allah (SWT) to help us and assist us in remembering Him to be grateful and thankful for everything.
Allah (SWT) has bestowed upon us innumerable blessings with good health, wealth, children, parents, fame, a home where we can live peacefully, and a lot more. Shouldn’t we show gratitude to Allah (SWT) and always be thankful for the blessings we have in our lives?
